Delivery Models

What we do and how we deliver it are related, but not the same.

The delivery model shapes how we collaborate day-to-day. We match the structure to the nature of the work, not the other way around.

Four ways to structure our collaboration.

Each model offers different trade-offs in terms of flexibility, predictability, and depth of integration.

Fixed-Scope Projects

Clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and outcomes. Best suited for well-understood problems where scope can be agreed upfront.

Time-Bound Engagements

A focused period of work with agreed objectives but flexibility in how outcomes are reached. Ideal for exploratory or iterative work.

Ongoing Retainers

A continuous relationship where we provide regular support, maintenance, or development capacity over an extended period.

Dedicated Engineering Pods

A team of engineers fully embedded in your organization, working as an extension of your own team with shared tools and processes.

A Note on Structure

Capabilities and delivery models are independent choices.

A consulting engagement might be delivered as a fixed-scope project or as part of an ongoing retainer. A custom software build could be handled by a dedicated pod or through a time-bound engagement.

We help you find the right combination based on your goals, timeline, and how your team works. The important thing is that the structure serves the work, not the other way around.
